- It’s 1 packages of tofu.
- It’s 2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil.

Simple Tofu Stir Fry instructions
- preheat oven to 400°F Fahrenheit.
- Drain 16 oz tofu, set on cutting board. Wrap it in paper towels to rid it of extra moisture.
- Cut rectangular pieces about 1 inch big, place on baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Flip tofu after 10 minutes. This is to help dry up the tofu, that way it will absorb more flavor..
