- First of all in a microwave safe mug, place about 2 papads as seen in the pic..

- For the chana chaat, soak them overnight and then wrap them up in a wet cloth and place them on the kitchen counter for about 2 to 3 days. Your sprouts are ready..
- Heat oil in a microwave safe bowl along with the assfoetida..
- Add the sprouts to it along with the spices excluding the veggies and the chaat masala. Mix well..
- Cover and allow it to cook for about 3 minutes on HIGH..
- After 3 minutes, remove and stir once and then microwave again for about 3 more minutes..
