  2. Prepare 300 grams of Mushrooms.
  3. It’s 100 grams of Honey roast ham.
  4. It’s 60 grams of Chedder Cheese.
  5. You need 4 tbsp of Olive Oil.
  6. You need 1 of Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers.
  7. Prepare 1/2 of Corgette.
  8. Prepare 1/2 of Red Onion.
  9. You need 2 of Eggs.
  10. You need 150 ml of Low fat milk.

Tagliatelle Corgette Carbonara step by step

  1. Boil water in large saucepan, then add tagliatelle, cook until soft, then drain.
  2. Chop peppers, mushrooms, corgette & onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in frying pan on medium heat. Add onions, peppers, corgette & mushrooms. cook for 5-10 mins, then set aside.
  4. In seperate bowl whisk egg, milk & cream then stir in grated cheese.
  5. Stir in pepper, mushroom, corgette & onion mix into pasta along with ham then add creamy sauce. stir well, then add sprinkle of black pepper.
