  1. Preheat oven to 400°F..
  2. Spray muffin tin if necessary with non stick spray..
  3. Line sides of muffin tin with bacon strips pressing them against sides..
  4. Crack one egg inside each tin..
  5. Place 2-3 spinach leaves on top of each egg..
  6. Place a pinch of shredded cheddar cheese on to of each cup..
