  1. Sieve flour, cocoa and baking powder and set aside..
  2. Mix buttermilk with red food colour and set aside.
  3. Line your cupcake tray.
  4. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla and beat some more.
  6. Alternate between the flour mixture and buttermilk starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  7. Fold in some dusted chocolate chips. (Dust with a little flour to prevent them from sinking in the cake batter).
